About Us

Meet James & Sarah

We're the couple behind Looking Glass Videos, a family-owned creative business based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

With over 16 years of experience in photography, videography and content creation, James brings the creative eye and technical experience, while Sarah keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from bookings and client communication through to editing and delivering the finished product.

Together, we love helping people and businesses tell their stories through great visuals. Whether we're showcasing a beautiful home, capturing the progress of a construction project or creating content for a local business, we bring the same care and attention to every job.

As a small, hands-on team, we pride ourselves on being approachable, reliable and easy to work with. You'll deal directly with us from start to finish, and we genuinely care about making sure you're happy with the results.

We're based in Tauranga and enjoy working with a range of local businesses, helping them bring their ideas and projects to life.
